3 Cities?

Okay, this time I think I missed something :O
Perhaps this is because Chobots hasn't been as populated as usual, but I'm sure the other cities will come back. Also, there is a new city called HEAVEN which is for mods, but I'm sure if you look on your friends list somebody may be there :)
